This can be either the "good" ending or the "bad" ending. Press CIRCLE while selecting your officer for a session to toggle the second costume. Unlockable Custom Officers There are four extra models for the custom officer. To unlock them each in sequence, you need to train a new officer and achieve an attack rating in any weapon of 55 by month #4 (i.e., if your attack rating is nowhere near 55 when it says 9 months unitl trial, you should reset and try again). Once you do so, a Strike Ninja will appear and challenge the school. Defeat him, successfully finish training and save the game. These new models have higher starting stats than your default models.

Hint: To reach attack 55 easily, choose any male character mesh and look for a high (35+) attack rating with the spear. Participate in the melee exercise and use the SQUARE-SQUARE-SQUARE-TRIANGLE on novice and veteran to whack a large groupings of enemies. You should also use musou on the strike ninjas to regain life on Veteran or Expert levels of difficulty. Unlockable: Musket In Edit Mode To unlock the musket in edit mode you have to get to expert on archery and complete expert with a rating of PERFECT. Then select Archery again and Magoichi will appear and challenge you. Defeat him and your edit character will have musket. Note : This may only work on the Japanese version of the game. Magoichi can kill you very easy when he get to low life and he becomes almost invulnerable to all attacks, the best tactic in killing him is to get your self on red life and keep running away from him until your muosu is full, then use your muosu attack on him this should kill him if Magoichi is on low life. Hint: Kuniochis 5th weapon Stage: Rescue at Ueda Castle. Method: Get to the fifth level of the castle in less than 4-5 minutes. A special item message should appear. Go to where Sanada and Hanzo are fighting and do not enter the room where they are fighting go to the one on the left and there will be two treasure boxes there one regular weapon and the other one your special weapon. Do this fast before Sanada Retreats and the stage will end. You don’t even have to kill anyone. Hint: Sanada Yukimurus 5th weapon Stage: Summer Campaign at Osaka Castle. Method: Complete all missions without failing, then get a 1000 K.O. count message. A supply team will appear by the south west gate and head towards the middle gate. Defeat the captain and you shall have the weapon. Hint: Guiding Doll In Goemons story mode go to Osaka Intrusion and get every treasure on the first floor.(every box or crate must be found) A message will appear that an important item was found on the bottom left corner of the map. Open the box and you will acquire the Guiding doll, which will help you locate treasures in castle stages.
